As im STUCK at home cus i LOST my right lens -___-, hence, skipped my 9AM lesson and missed my SURPRISE.
Anyway,

She did some extremely simple dish but she would really love to share with everyone.
The cost of it is frigging cheap than the one-bowl-cost-$3plus in NP ogays.
-Microwave the Potato for about 25 mins and use a fork/chopstick/smth sharp & long la to poke the potato, it is to test whether its soft and thoroughly cooked.
-If you do not have a microwave, chop the potato into big cubes and boil in water. Sift them when cooked.
-Eh...i don't knw what is this..but somehow..its something that is able to smash food.
-And so you smashed them up
-Use a spoon to make sure that the tiny bits of potato cubes are all smashed up
-Sprinkle some spices to enhance the taste, a pinch of salt is advisable.
-Add in Mayonise and chicken slice to enhance the taste and texture
-Wrap it up with the food wrap and send to e refrigerator
-When potato is fully cold, you may start to garnish it.
-Roll them into ball or simply scoop them into a bowl with fruits & vege.
